Drumming has a long history. It has been used  therapeutically by Shaman's,Healers, and others from ancient times. When you drum, you access your entire brain, it’s synchronizes the left and right hemispheres, as well as the non-verbal and language and reasoning part of your brain.The sound of drumming generate a new  neuronal connections in all parts of the brain.   Drumming can produce a natural high, which help people who suffer from mental illness, depression, and anxiety.
