Sound and Light Therapy

40 Hz Sound and Light Therapy using lights and music, Studies show improvement in concentration and focus as well as dementia and early Alzheimer’s when used for 1 hour per day. This therapy may include up to 3 participants during the time allotted.
Private Sound Bath in your home
$150 / 60 min
1 hour of interaction with a minimum of 45 min. Of healing sound through the playing of crystal and Tibetan bowls, chimes, drums, and other instruments. These are accompanied with lighting to create a meditative experience for the participants. Price includes up to 6 persons.Additional guests $25 each

Meditative session starting with breathing, grounding, and relaxation exercise. This to be followed by relaxing and healing sounds of crystal and Tibetan bowls, chimes, drums, and other instruments.
